Board of Directors
Your Board of Directors are elected volunteers whose main purpose is to maintain the value of our Willbrooke Community, so that you are less likely to lose money when selling your house, provided the inside of your home was maintained. To accomplish this goal, the Board of Directors must enforce the covenants and applicable laws of the State of Georgia. Each homeowner can help by abiding by the covenants, paying their assessments, and by volunteering on one of the many committees in our community

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has a very important function and requires that homeowner’s of the association to participate toward the overall look and trend in the neighborhood development over time. By participating, homeowners help shape the community. The duty requires that 1-3 time in the month the ARC approves exterior modification requested by homeowners. The Willbrooke's ARC functions take 2 to 15 minutes at its peak in the spring. Please participate by joining the ARC team. Contact President@willgrove.org

Architectural Review Committee: Please remember that any and all improvements made on Willbrooke lots are subject to prior approval by the Architectural Review Committee. In particular, this includes but is not limited to patios, patio covers, and other improvements. To request approval, send a drawing of the improvement to be made along with a description to the Management Company who will forward the completed request form to the Architectural Control Committee. The ARC derives its jurisdiction from your covenants. Article IV Use Restriction and Rules Section 3. Architectural Standards.

Should the ARC fails to approve or to disapprove submitted plans and specifications within sixty (60) days after the plans and specifications have been submitted to it, the plans can be deemed approved. In any cases all work done must be consistent with submitted plans. Article IV Use Restriction and Rules Section 3. Architectural Standards.
